The hotel was in easy reach of the airport which was important after having to change to a new flight the next morning and then get back to the airport early the next day using the 420 city bus line. The evening staff met us with a smile and quickly helped us to check-in which allowed us to get a good night's sleep. Air-conditioning worked well and the ensuite was clean and allowed us to have a much needed shower.

Excellent front desk reception staff especially Pedro who upgraded my room (I appreciated having ground floor room) & was extremely helpful in explaining where to catch the bus to the airport which saved an expensive taxi ride. Location close to airport. Beautifully furnished hotel. Access to microwave

We use the Airport Hotel regularly as it is close to Arncliffe train station and convenient for travel into the city without parking hassles. It is also only 10 minutes drive from the airport. The rooms are adequately equipped although rather quirky, with every one appearing to have a different shape due to the peculiar orientation of the old building which was renovated to its present form.

The room was much cheaper than others nearby, and there was a take-out place just one block away with fantastic food. The staff were kind and friendly and helpful and the room was nice and clean. There was a late check out available (for an extra fee) which made my stay much more comfortable and saved me hours of waiting around for my flight at the Sydney airport.

Hey, arrived exhausted from Malaysia. (Grumpy Sydney Cabbie !).. Beautiful man behind the desk was sooo kind and helpful , served me a little drink :) met a fellow traveller to share ! Just LOOOOved the ambiance !My room was sooo cool, super clean, and tastefully decorated ! ! ! I just loooove this place .... If I EVER HAVE to come to Sydney ? ? ? I'm a Gold Coaster I could stay here .. (if they'd have me ?) Just love this beautiful little oasis ! XXXXOOOO Natalie Newman

Great value for money. Within walking distance from Arncliffe train station. Double bed in single room. Came with a fridge, kettle and hairdryer. Easy check-in/out process. Spacious for one person. Had private toilet/shower.

I always stay in the cheapest room at this place. It is great value-for-money if you are simply looking for a clean, comfortable bed for the night. It is too small to to spend any real time in, and there is a tiny desk but you would not want to do any lengthy work there. Try to avoid the ground floor. I suspect it might be a little noisy but I have never had any problem upstairs.

Not a bad place to stay for a few nights. Room is comfy, just prefer it wasn't literally right next to the lavatory. All in all, if you can go without all the extras, it's not a bad place for a short stay.

It's only a $17 taxi ride to airport...5 mins Rooms are small but super clean and everything from tea coffee bodywash shampoo conditioner..good showers and really pleasant staff...organised me a taxi and supplied extra milk etc...nice people. Nicely decorated lounge to sit around in if you have time...overall why pay triple when in transit. And the beds are comfortable, clean linen.

Location as an overnight layover close to Sydney airport was the goal of my search and when I landed on this property I thought cool, pretty darn close at $15 each way by cab. Value for money once I was greeted by the check in staff and stepped into my queen deluxe room! A very clean and nice spacious room the only complaint was the bed was too soft I was scared I'd sleep in and miss my taxi back to the airport. Then lovely Asian complimentary brekkie and off I took off. This will be my layover booking from now on, thanks AHS!
